Minda was founded in Miami by Siul Montagne, whose background spans finance and operations, software development, and AI systems architecture.

Years inside real companies taught her that the numbers could all be correct while the owner still lacked the financial truth needed to decide. Revenue, margin, inventory, customer activity and cash were being recorded — across disconnected systems that never explained the complete picture.
