When a business engages MINDA, we process operational and business data on that client's behalf — which may include personal information of the client's own customers, suppliers, or employees — solely as a service provider, under the client's instructions and our written agreement (see Section 10 of our Terms and Conditions). That data is governed by our agreement with the client and by the client's own privacy notice, not by this Privacy Notice. If you believe MINDA has processed your personal information on behalf of one of our clients and you wish to exercise your privacy rights, please contact that business directly; if you contact us, we will refer your request to them and provide reasonable cooperation.
